Application

The forced circulation evaporator / falling film evaparator is widely used in food,  medicine, food deep processing,beverage, environmental conservation, chemical and other industry. It is also applied for used for the concentration of  glucose, oligosaccharide, fresh milk, juice, vitamin C and other solution.

2) This equipments includes: first effect heater, second effect heater, third effect heater, liquid& steam sperators for 3 effects, pre-heater, condensor (Pipe surface type), hot pressure pump, vacuum pump, material pump, balance through, switch box, working plateform, all pipes, fittings, and valves

3) Low steam consumption, 3.5Kg water can be evaporated by 1 Kg steam.

4) Low evaporation temperature. Part of secondary steam is feed into first effect heater by spray hot pressure pump to make the best use of heat ernegy. Evaporator temperature is low.

5) Concentration rate is high, thick liquid can flow easily, contration duration is short. Not easy to foul. Concentration rate can be 1: 5
